Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful week. I loved reading all your wonderful blog posts – well done!
I would love to hear all about Book Week. What is the title of the Grade 1MC Book? Who is the Author? Where is the setting? Who are the characters? What are some of your favourite parts in the book?
One of my favourite things about Book Week is doing an art activity based on the book to display in the school. I am looking forward to seeing some photos of your beautiful artwork and the book week parade!! Have fun!
How is concert practice going? Mondays would be so much fun with dance practice in the morning. I think your dance is going to be amazing – best dance in the school! Say hi to Julie from Miss Claire. I love Mary Poppins. How exciting!

HELLO AMAZING WONDERFUL CHILDREN OF GRADE 1MC!
Miss Claire here sending you lots of love and cuddles from the other side of the world – Ireland!
I miss each of you dearly. The blog is great as I can watch all our fun videos and great learning from Ireland. It makes me smile!
Cadhla and I landed in Dublin after a long journey – two aeroplanes & 27 hours!! My family met us at the airport. We were so tired but felt very happy to see our family and friends. Here is a picture of the view from our window on the aeroplane as we were about to land in Dublin. Can you see how green all the paddocks are?
My Mum and Dads house is in the countryside. I took some photos for you to see.
